Passengers aboard British Airways will soon access fast connectivity during flights without charge due to a major agreement from the billionaire's satellite firm.

Free and Quick Wifi Available to Everyone

The carrier revealed that the free, “fast and dependable” wifi service via the satellite provider is set to be available to customers flying coach, business, and first class from soon.

Broad Rollout Throughout Various Airlines

The umbrella firm of British Airways, IAG, stated it had secured an partnership involving the satellite firm to provide connectivity access on over 500 planes operated by its carriers, including the Irish airline, Iberia, plus the low-cost airline.

British Airways noted that this rollout of the service formed part of a seven billion pound “modernization” plan and will provide smooth wifi service to travelers starting at the gate to landing, even when in flight over seas and far-off locations.
